Naples Lush Tropical Garden
Working with a couple of existing palm trees installed by a yard maintenance company, we transformed the back property into a lush tropical garden to soften up the view of the white privacy fence from the back pool deck and lanai. Using different textures and hot vibrant tropical colors lends an existing flare to the landscape.
We took the extra steps necessary to install this tropical garden properly and to industry standard. The property's soil structure was composed of nutrient deficient white sugar sand with zero water holding capacity. As a result the existing plants were growing poorly or not producing growth of any kind.
We added additional soil amendments to include hdra-peat and jungle growth compost to build up a proper landscape planting bed were lush tropical plants can thrive. We also added on a slow soaking drip irrigation for the entire back planting to encourage good healthy growth. Before the plants were relying on an inefficient lawn spray head system.

Old Pond - New Tropical & Butterfly Gardens.
This Project was borne more out of necessity. We converted an outdoor living space that had a very troubled old DIY pond (aka mosquito breeding facility.) We installed lush tropical plantings. The garden incorporated a hand carved Italian white marble fountain. The garden was situated near a road so planting privacy screening hedges was needed to complete the space. We also added a small butterfly garden for the clients daughter.

Naples Japanese Strolling Garden
The Japanese Strolling Garden is meant to create a peaceful space. Sounds of water from the Buddha Fountain ( yes I know, not Japanese) blend with Asian themed plantings of Bamboo, Tibochina, Silkfloss Tree, African Iris and ground orchids.

Fort Myers Japanese Arched Koi Pond Bridge
We came upon this "floating bridge" (support structure had rotted away) in Crossing a 15 feet gap along a front entry walkway leading to the clients front door. We had to re engineer the the bridge building concrete footers with reinforced steel to keep the new bridge span above the water line. Using beefy 4 beefy 2x12 inch pressure treated lumber we created a slight curve in the structural bridge spans. The new walkway and bridge deck were planked with synthetic decking. Custom path lights where then installed to illuminate the bridge and path at night leading to the front door. You view view more Japanese garden bridges here.
