Palm Requirements
Lipstick prefers partial sun in its youth when maturing it can reach heights of 35ft. An irrigation bubbler line will need to be installed with at least 1 good soaking per week during dry season. This palm requires protection from freezing temperatures by installing this palm in the proper site location.
Palm Description
Cyrtostachys renda is one of the premier exotic palms grown in lush tropical gardens throughout Naples, Florida. As a specimen it grows 35ft but you can keep it smaller with judicial pruning. The lipstick palm features slender multiple trunks with a brilliant scarlet red crown shaft.

Regular hand watering or single tree emitter irrigation are required to keep your plants alive for the first year.
Lawn Irrigation and rainfall will not be sufficient for watering. Your palm trees will require fertilization to maintain healthy growth.
